1. Most-favored Bulk Blending Fertilizer Production Line
First, the main process flow of a bulk blending fertilizer production line is easy and simple: Batching – Mixing – Packing. So the machines within are: a Batching machine, a Mixing machine, a Packing machine, a Belt Conveyor connecting batching to mixing and a Controlling machine.
Second, here’s how the raw inorganic material is processed to be final inorganic BB fertilizer products in a bulk blending fertilizer production line: the different kinds of raw material ingredients get fed in for precise and period batching then the mixture gets mixed completely and periodically for packing in bags as planned. First, different from it in the granular organic fertilizer production line, this production line adopts the Dry granulation method during operation. So the main process flow of a double rollers extrusion granulator fertilizer production line is: Crushing – Batching – Mixing – Granulating – Screening – Packing. So the machines within are: a Crushing machine, a Batching machine, a Mixing machine, a group of Granulating machines, a Screening machine, a Packing machine, Belt Conveyors connecting all and a Controlling machine.
Second, the raw inorganic material goes to be final inorganic fertilizer products in a double rollers extrusion granulator fertilizer production line like: different kinds of raw material ingredients get crushed into powder, batched and mixed together continuously and completely, conveyed to granulation then screened for packing the qualified pellets into bags as planned. Similarly, a Polishing machine and a Coating machine are available for the final better-looking and long-lasting fertilizer products.
3. Mass-production Rotary Drum Granulator Fertilizer Production Line
First, the same as in the granular organic fertilizer production line, it adopts the Wet granulation method with the rotary drum granulator machine in the inorganic fertilizer production line, so the main process flow is: Crushing – Batching – Mixing – Granulating – Drying – Cooling – Screening – Packing. It means the machines as included are: a Crushing machine, a Batching machine, a Mixing machine, a Granulating machine, a set of Drying and Cooling equipment and its supporting wind dedusting devices, a Screening machine, a Packing machine, Belt Conveyors connecting all and a Controlling machine.
Second, for the different raw inorganic material ingredients to be processed as final inorganic fertilizer products: all the raw material kinds get crushed into powder, then get completely and continuously batched and mixed, fed to granulation then dried and cooled down for bagging as planned. Similarly, a Polishing machine and a Coating machine are available for the final better-looking and long-lasting fertilizer products.
