The disc granulator is suitable for all kinds of non-sticky materials in the state of powder, material or small pieces, such as powdered, granular or small pieces of coal, cement, clinker, limestone, shale, coal crushed stone, clay, etc. Besides, it is not suitable for conveying viscous, difficult-to-flow materials and materials with particularly good fluidity.

Various dry powder materials are added from the top of the equipment, degassed, spirally pre-compressed and transported to the arc-shaped notch of the two rollers. The two rollers rotate at the same speed and in the opposite direction. After passing through the compression zone, the pressure it bears gradually decreases, and its surface tension and gravity make it come out naturally, enter the shredder and the granulator for crushing and trimming, and then enter the vibrating screen for screening, and the qualified products are sent to the finished products through the conveyor silo or direct packaging, and then the powdery material under the sieve is sent back to the raw material silo for secondary rolling through the return device again, what’s more, the size of the extrusion force can adjust through the hydraulic system according to the needs of the particle strength.
