I. How does Organic fertilizer production line perform for organic fertilizers?
Generally, powder organic powders and granular organic fertilizers are commonly used fertilizers for growers and gardeners. The raw materials for such organic fertilizers are usually kinds of poultry/livestock manure and straws and agro plant waste, etc. To ensure that the final product has good fertilizer efficiency, these raw materials need to be fully fermented and rotted before the organic fertilizer production. Therefore there are two sections in most organic fertilizer production lines: the Material Composting section and the Fertilizer Production section.

Second, on the raw organic material processed to be final organic fertilizer products in a granular fertilizer production line: the raw material gets completely composted, fed to crush into powder and/or mixed with other kinds of material ingredients, conveyed to granulation then dried to remove the heat and cooled down for packing in bags as planned. Similarly, if you prefer the final fertilizer products to be better-looking and long-lasting, a Polishing machine and a Coating machine will be your good choice. And you can decide it to be with or without the other machines besides the granulating and the packing machines to fit with your limited budget or production needs.
II. What are Inorganic fertilizer production lines and how do they work for fertilizers?
The raw materials for inorganic fertilizer are different, such as DAP/MAP/MOP/SSP, etc. According to the materials’ features and their reactions to each other while being processed, there are many different kinds of project designs for inorganic fertilizer production. The following three schemes suitable for inorganic fertilizer production are the most designed and installed projects by Shunxin facility for our clients. 1. Most popular and easily-operated Bulk Blending Fertilizer Production Line all over the world
First, the main process flow of a bulk blending fertilizer production line is easy and simple: Batching – Mixing – Packing. So the machines within are: a Batching machine, a Mixing machine, a Packing machine, a Belt Conveyor connecting batching to mixing and a Controlling machine.
Second, here’s how the raw inorganic material is processed to be final inorganic BB fertilizer products in a bulk blending fertilizer production line: the different kinds of raw material ingredients get fed in for precise and period batching then the mixture gets mixed completely and periodical for packing in bags as planned. From most projects at site of our clients, there are usually 3~6 kinds of raw material ingredients in this BB fertilizer line. You can have more for your fertilizer production as needed.
2. Powerful and no-drying Double Rollers Extrusion Granulator Fertilizer Production Line
First, different from it in the granular organic fertilizer production line, this production line adopts the Dry granulation method during operation. So the main process flow of a double rollers extrusion granulator fertilizer production line is: Crushing – Batching – Mixing – Granulating – Screening – Packing. 3. Large-scale and less-limited Rotary Drum Granulator Fertilizer Production Line
First, the same as in the granular organic fertilizer production line, it adopts the Wet granulation method with the rotary drum granulator machine in the inorganic fertilizer production line, so the main process flow is: Crushing – Batching – Mixing – Granulating – Drying – Cooling – Screening – Packing.
