Generally, powder organic powders and granular organic fertilizers are commonly used fertilizers for growers and gardeners. The raw materials for such organic fertilizers are usually kinds of poultry/livestock manure and straws and agro plant waste, etc. To ensure that the final product has good fertilizer efficiency, these raw materials need to be fully fermented and rotted before the organic fertilizer production. Therefore there are two sections in most organic fertilizer production lines: the Material Composting section and the Fertilizer Production section.

Similarly, if you prefer the final fertilizer products to be better-looking and long-lasting, a Polishing machine and a Coating machine will be your good choice. The raw materials for inorganic fertilizer are different, such as DAP/MAP/MOP/SSP, etc. According to the materials’ features and their reactions to each other while being processed, there are many different kinds of project designs for inorganic fertilizer production. Second, here’s how the raw inorganic material is processed to be final inorganic BB fertilizer products in a bulk blending fertilizer production line: the different kinds of raw material ingredients get fed in for precise and period batching then the mixture gets mixed completely and periodical for packing in bags as planned.
