2. There are more processes in a Granular Organic Fertilizer Production Line than in a powder line, thus the machines as included are much more accordingly to produce granular organic fertilizers.
First, in addition to all the processes in the powder fertilizer line, the main process flow of a granular organic fertilizer production line is: Composting – Feeding – Crushing – Screening – Mixing – Granulating – Drying – Cooling – Screening – Packing. So the machines within are: a Composting machine, a Feeding machine, a Crushing machine, one Screening machine for powder material and one for granules product, a Mixing machine, a Granulating machine, a set of Drying and Cooling equipment and its supporting wind dedusting devices, a Packing machine, Belt Conveyors connecting all and a Controlling machine.
Second, on the raw organic material processed to be final organic fertilizer products in a granular fertilizer production line: the raw material gets completely composted, fed to crush into powder and/or mixed with other kinds of material ingredients, conveyed to granulation then dried to remove the heat and cooled down for packing in bags as planned. Similarly, if you prefer the final fertilizer products to be better-looking and long-lasting, a Polishing machine and a Coating machine will be your good choice. And you can decide it to be with or without the other machines besides the granulating and the packing machines to fit with your limited budget or production needs.
